Main Job Purpose:
Supervise the decoration field projects through the monitoring of the contractors execution in line with Nahdi quality standards and policies and evaluate the contractors performance to support the decision making process.
Accountabilities:
Reviews & Follow-Ups:
Review the periodic updates of the decoration department in regards to the projects through the system in order to inform the Decoration Department with the projects related tasks.
Follow-up with the contractors in regards to the tasks related to the projects from working start date, the engineering designs, the project progress and update….etc to ensure the on time and proper execution of the decoration projects.
Evaluate the contractors’ performance after the project execution through a report based on the compliance of the contractors with the SLAs, the quality standards, the contractors’ response to Nahdi requirements…etc in order to support the decision making process in regards to the update of the contractors list.
Decoration Process:
Monitor the implementation of the decoration projects through using checklist including all the projects’ tasks and requirements and taking pictures for the project steps from the start till the end in order to be communicated to the department and to ensure the proper and on time implementation of the project.
Implement the findings of the Network Development Projects team after the project end through the collaboration with the same contractor or other contractor to ensure timely closure of all the findings.
Handle the sign board (signage) projects through the communication with the contractors, follow-up the implementation and the generation of the required approvals on the signage design from the authorized parties to ensure the standardization across all Nahdi stores
Generate the dimensional measuring for the new locations from the system based on the projects tasks in order to be communicated to the Engineering Design Department.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
