Responsibilities:

• Building customer satisfaction & loyalty

• Energetic responsiveness to every customer.

• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.

• Assisting customers with after-sales services and ensuring that the brand image is enhanced, and customer expectations are exceeded.

• Building professional relationships with customers

• Adhere to work policy approved by the company’s management.

• Displaying products, pricing, and ensuring that they are stored according to the mall’s policy.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and arrangement of the products and the store

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2-years of consumer retail sales experience, preferably in the field of textiles

• Saudi national

• English (Intermediate)

• Resident of Jeddah
