Quality Assurance Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
Main Job Purpose:

This position works cross-functionally to support efforts to perform testing, assure performance of measuring devices and validate processes.

Accountabilities:

· Perform tests and use special equipment to ensure package and product quality

· Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and gather data used to improve processes, investigate failures ,resolve customer complaints and field service technical problems

· Monitor quality control for different stages of production

· Inspect materials for defects, using approved methods and procedures

· Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices

· Follow process guidelines and expedite quality concerns to management

· Work with production/maintenance as necessary

· Quality control check during the production stages.

· Keep daily records tests performed and results.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
