Job Purpose:
Formulate Annual and seasonal Business Plan proposals for the distributors to ensure a growing and profitable sales. Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing the company’s export sales strategy.
Tasks & Responsibility:
Define annual business plan along with targets and budgets.
Coordinate with various teams including production, finance, and shipping to name a few to ensure smooth business operation.
Understand the export procedures like the relevant documents, custom rules, insurance, etc.
Understand of neighbor countless export business processes.
Identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate store KPI and individual performances.
Report on regional sales results.
Forecast quarterly and annual sales and profits.
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
Analyze regional market [ends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
Suggest new relevant products and innovative sales techniques.
Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.
Follow-up with existing customers to improve the dynamic of the market & promotion in order to achieve sales goals and targets agreed upon.
Control overdue receivables for all customers and review credit limit and terms.
Attend and represent our company in international exhibitions.
Organize international exhibitions as direct by top management.
Develop new products / add new line extensions to our product range.
Study, compare and define strategies for our selling prices facting in competitors strategies.
Develop the designs of the company’s products to suit all international markets.
Expand the volume of sales by traveling to new markets, meet with prospective companies and agree with the best.
Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the consumers’ needs and requirements.
Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
Ensure that all the sales and market activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
Take initiatives and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export sales procedures and activities.
Liaise with export customers for sales agreements.
Prepare export documents & supervision all export stuff.
Receive Orders directly from customers.
Provide customers with Pro-forma Invoice for getting official purchase orders.
Coordinate with the production department for proposed delivery dates.
Update customers on delivery dates.
Receive Pack List for Export Documentation from Factory.
المهارات
7+ years experience in the Food Mak industry with Masters’s Degree is preferred.
Experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
Fluent in English and market research skills.
Portrays strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Knowledge of managing Business-to-Business Sales.
