Your Role:
Main Objectives
Drive Excellence in CD Reporting, Analytics and Controls
Main accountabilities
• Execution Power House
• Drive RTM Score (FCS, ECO, Distribution)
• Speed to Market and CD decision support within month Zero
• Establish / launch CD Operational Standards across BU
• Strengthening the consistency in execution and reporting across
• Responsible for distributor brief and CD Execution of Month 0 with Excellence
• Business Intelligence
• Standardized reports across the region
• Smart dashboards for analysis and decision making, digitization
• Data Management & Automation
• Capability Building
• Lead people Training & Development agenda within the CDE Operations
• Budget Control
• Control Policies, procedures and month zero reconciliation
• Monitor and control variable TTS and ensure compliance vs. plan
• Monitor and control annual contracts and ensure compliance
