الوصف الوظيفي • Warmly greet visitors into the showroom, offering refreshments and assessing their requirements. • Offer support (including administrative, answering telephone etc) to the Kitchen Sales Consultants when required. • Assist in the upkeep of the showroom; ordering / restocking customer brochures; raising any snagging requirements; selling ex-display and discounted products •To contact customers to arrange deliveries / collections in association with the Consultants and the Warehouse department. • Liaising with the Installation Manager to ensure the smooth running of the installation process including 2nd stage payments. • Remedials – entering on SMART; follow-up with fitters, designers and customers, keeping them and SMART up to date. • To build up a knowledge of kitchens products to be able to inform customers of choices; explaining features and benefits of products in order to be able to take effective sales leads. • Handle trade and retail customer enquiries, producing CAD designs using the supplied software and producing sufficient quotes using SMART. • Produce initial supply and installation quotes. • Take deposits and issue receipts. المهارات • Confident, outgoing, charismatic. • Excellent telephone manner. • Strong organisational abilities. • Ability to organise self and others. • Good attention to detail. • Calm and professional. • Effective communicator at all levels. • Good administrative skills. • Good problem solving abilities. • Team player. • PC literate with competent knowledge / skills in Microsoft Office. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-consultant-4354393/ |
