الوصف الوظيفي To effectively monitor, supervise, enhance and establish recruitment, on-boarding and subsequent processes. Manage entire position profiles, job descriptions and manpower budgeting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment • Controlling & implementing new MOL regulation related to saudization plan to cover all business units manpower needs for all targeted position to be filled by the right talent within the right time & approved budget. • Verifying salaries of candidate in pipeline before issuing the job offer and ensure that they match the grading and salaries included in the human resources system. • Managing the overall performance of Personnel & Recruitment section to maintain employee satisfaction and increase productivity and provide custom reports that present the overall progress to the management. • Prepare the annual manpower plan and determine the functional requirements of each region, department or section, with the proposed nationalities to fill these positions and ideal times for vacancy. This budget includes all expected costs for employees on the job and staff expected to be appointed during the annual plan period. • Identify a list of job vacancies at the company, and provide the staff with these needs to be filled within a maximum of 30 working days for local 60 working days for overseas according to the annual manpower plan. • Verifying all recruitment & personnel progress & documentation to match with our internal policy. • Maintain the internal policy to be implemented with update once needed on all matter related to Personnel & Recruitment • Hold induction mentoring programs for new employees and old employees and clarifying policies and procedures when necessary. Development • Updating and developing HRIS ( HR Module ) for maximize the usage & benefits related to ( recruitment, Personnel, performance management ). • Redesigning job description by reviewing and checking the possibility of merging or separating the job into more than one job in a manner that reflects the nature of the work and leads to increased and upgraded the functionality & verify the validity of the job titles and their conformity with their functions. • Designing of a model of competencies in coordination with the Head of Corporate Functions to be reflected on the job descriptions. • Contribute to the preparation of annual performance indicators and Performance review for employee. • Oversee the Recruitment & Personnel team in all matters related to their selection and ensure that their queries are answered within a period of time to achieve employee satisfaction. • Carry out any tasks or responsibilities from the direct manager once need.
