Responsible to implement company policies and government laws.
The contact point between Regions/Branches and HO.
Monitor and conduct job selection, interviews, recruitment and prepare payrolls for hiring and also investigate Integrity issues.
Responsible for Induction activities of the new joiners (Onboarding)
Report monthly to the Senior Management on hiring, Saudization status, resignations, terminations, and time attendance.
Accountable for HR Company forms.
Monitor and conduct Performance Appraisals & report to Senior Management
Monitor and conduct Rewards & Recognition Programs, Bonus Programs & report the progress to Senior Management
Accountable for integrity investigations.
Responsible for high-level associate delight.
المهارات
Recruitment, Resourcing & Development-
To manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
To frame welcome mail to all new joiners in the organization.
To map the custodian of process and conducting the HR induction, new hire orientation, handling the joining formalities as well as exit interviews.
To coordinate with new joiners assisting in filling of joining kits and PF Forms.
To take care of employee reference checks.
To creating new E-Mail Ids, Access/ID Cards, Business Cards, and Employee Salary Accounts as well as enrolling them under Medical Insurance Scheme.
To organize and manage Job Fair on behalf of the organization.
To meet up with the employment officers, advertising team and higher officials to reach the target.
To coordinate for employees development initiatives (trainings) as per the requirements
Compensation & Benefits-
To Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Revised/Increment Letters, Relieving and Experience Letters to the employees.
To design CTC & Salary Break up and discussion on compensation and benefits.
To update the leave tracker and employee details & referring the same to the payroll section.
Performance Management-
To define individual KPIs along with the Managers.
To collate and preparing reports for appraisal system as per performance review based on annual performance appraisal cycle, midterm reviews for promotions and probation clearance appraisal.
To steer performance appraisal process & identifying scope for enhancing the same.
To advise & suggest to the management on process/project development and performance improvement of employees.
To be responsible for maintaining personal files of all new joiners and updating the same of the existing employees.
To track and Analyzing the Attendance and Bio-metric reports of all the centers through FTP server & assisting them to maintain on daily basis and commenting on it to get the valid data.
Employee Engagements & Operations
To Manage the HR Transactions (vacation and return from leave record maintenance, salary adjustment, terminations and resignations and adjustment of housing allowances) in the HR Ticket system and HR Oracle.
To Carrying out Employee Engagement Survey to map the level of engagement that employee has with the organization as well as to determine the satisfaction level of the employees.
To Handle day to day employee queries, grievances and complaints & provide guidance, if necessary.
To listen to the employee’s concern and assisting them to meet their needs, thereby reducing attrition rate.
To help the employees to understand & seek clarifications on the company’s policies & procedures.
To organize corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.
To prepare and share reports with senior management on a periodic basis
