Job Mission:
The Strategy Manager is responsible for providing sustainable business solutions for the improvement of industrial and business performance optimization through working with the CEO and executive management team to identify areas of improvement on a divisional level to support company’s short and long-range business goals.
The CSPO consults with management regarding companywide performance issues and development of performance standards and metrics. In addition to management of the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Typical responsibilities include business transformation, M&A;, post merger integration, cross business units projects, and identification of growth opportunities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Acting as a consultant to the CEO in developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives.
Analyzing the company in a way that can lead to increased globalization, or significant innovation, in order to stay competitive.
Design, development, and architectural review of business growth opportunities as well as managing all aspects of the development process, including resource planning and budgeting.
Establishing a corporate performance management system that positively impacts the financial and non-financial performance of the company by designing the performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets for all strategic business units.
Champion transformation, change management and company-wide continuous improvement programs.
Creates actionable goals that make it possible to turn company’s mission into tangible results.
Assesses the company’s many different projects from the products down to the daily activities to make sure they align with the company’s goals.
Analyzes the success of products, projects, and activities.
Manages economic and financial viability of the company by using management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.
Develop and implement strategies to deploy frameworks to Identify, assess, and prepare for managing enterprise risks potentials—both physical and figurative—that may interfere with the organization’s operations and objectives.
Drive a culture of risk management and risk management ownership through the business and enterprise, assisting business leaders in assuming appropriate risk management accountabilities and responsibilities.
Supports project teams in process quality activities by educating, coaching and mentoring others on process improvement philosophy, tools and application.
