Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate timely payroll processing while maximizing efficiencies maintaining operational standards and adhering to Tamer Policies, procedures, and Authority Matrix.
Accountabilities
Implements maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Organize the issuance and validation of payment vouchers or advances (e.g. HRA, Late salary payments, temporary employees, End of Service Settlement, etc.) for employees in accordance with Company policy and Procedures
Develop annual payroll budget and design periodic payroll management reports and analyses.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Provide HR with adequate responses to queries regarding payroll issues in order to justify the payroll transaction. Take corrective action in the event of payroll error
Ensure confidentiality of all Payroll related items, transactions and reports are effected in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, and internal control.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with payroll software.
