Key Account Management: Own a top account portfolio and leverage customer, industry and data-backed insights to successfully upsell and cross-sell our platform products to achieve revenue goals and out serve our customers. Strong sales acumen is necessary. The individual must be able to prospect, build and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, and actively track performance against the given sales target. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that best address consumer needs while simultaneously meeting performance objectives
Relationship Management: Build strong, deep and long-lasting relationships with our top regional customers and top brands through long term planning, handling objections, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them. Establish a solid understanding of SkiptheQ’s business solutions to service your customers better. Build and maintain relationships within the wider customer organization for potential upselling opportunities
Data Analysis & Insights: With in-depth data analysis of the business (using CRM and other internal tools), drive and develop account specific growth strategies and approaches, solidifying SkiptheQ for Business’ position as a market leader. Present account plans based upon data driven insights to establish revenue goals and business plans that advance the accounts’ performance while also working on new initiatives and launches
Build and manage the department: build a team suited to the strategic set of brands who are with SkiptheQ, manage performance indicators, on boarding new joiners, identify growth areas for your direct reporters and provide guidance for them to achieve it
Be the local market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management, exceed sales targets & performance based goals while working independently
Drive revenue growth strategy: develop the overall strategy for revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration; e.g. top line growth through the commercial terms with hey brands
Maintain restaurants’’ operational excellence: monitor overall restaurant performance metrics and direct your team to ensure their portfolios compliance with SkiptheQ operational standards, so we deliver to our customers in the fastest way possible.
Drive incremental revenue: be the local owner of SkiptheQ wide array of deals & promotions packages for the key partners, including owing overall sales growth
Be involved in the end-to-end process of bringing deals live, including pitching to restaurants when necessary, guide and motivate the team to achieve their target
Building and updating target lists for sales, identifying the priority restaurant/ companies in lune with the strategy of the company
Gathering intelligence on competitors and producing analysis out of that research
Define improvements to simplify and automate sales process with the salesforce platform
Innovation and automation: ideate and propose new ways to improve engagement of our key brands with SkiptheQ, be able to contribute to the region by ideating and pioneering better and new ways of doing business
