الوصف الوظيفي Plan and develop purchasing plans based on statistical and historical inputs and in coordination with supply chain manager and concerned stakeholders in order to achieve improvements in both accuracies of forecasts and associated costs. RESPONSIBILITIES People Management Supervise the activities and work performed by direct reports to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and supply chain departmental policies and procedures. Purchasing Analyse statistical historical data and accordingly build the purchasing plan in order to ensure that production operations run uninterrupted and smoothly, in line with business guidelines and constraints. Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of supply chain departmental systems, policies, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’ in order to improve business processes, productivity and operational efficiency. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to in their assigned team so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
