الوصف الوظيفي

Assist and support the process of defining, developing & implementing risk policies and
procedures, risk framework, strategies and processes.

Assist and Support in Monitoring and Assessing Group’s Risk Appetite and Exposure.
Actively participate, identify and quantify the organization’s exposures, select, manage,
develop and implement loss prevention/retention programs and other necessary risk

management services providers.

Assist in the implementation of all aspects of the risk functions, including
implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, analyze, evaluate, treat,

monitor risks company is facing that may harm its goals and objectives, ensure that these

are mitigated, controlled and reported regularly to Risk Committee, Audit Committee

and BoD.

Developing Strategy to protect Company from all kinds of business risks, adopt proper
KPI through risk tolerance, terminate, treatment and transfer risk programs.

Implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes
an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur.

Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the
company. Identify risk champions wherever applicable and provide training to discharge

their risk management responsibilities

المهارات
Risk Management related Certification.
Should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Highly organized person, highly proficient with MS Office, possesses exceptional
communication (Bilingual ‐ Arabic and English) and inter‐personal, problem‐solving,

analytical and leadership skills to help company meets its regulatory obligations.

Familiar with Labor and Company law of Saudi Arabia, international laws and
regulations.

Ability to multitask with ease and communicate with a diverse group of low, medium
and high‐level employees

Self‐driven, quick and resourceful person with ability to work under pressure and meet
deadlines with efficiency and effectiveness
