High Bay Warehouse Operator

الوصف الوظيفي
Role Purpose: Operate and maintain automatic High-Bay Warehouse and maintain to ensure loading of finished goods as per order and accurate inventory

Accountabilities:

1.  Operate and maintain the logistics operating machines (high bay warehouse – BEMA – LGV) to ensure smooth products flow

2.  Accurate reporting of data system logistics availability/ BEMA report

3.  Max physical count of raw material/ finished goods stock

4.  Assist mechanical / electrical technician during problem solving and preventive maintenance

5.  Preformed the cleaning activities of assigned machine and area

6.  Conduct basic maintenance of the assigned equipment(s) including continuous monitoring of machine condition, perform minor repairs, and lubricate equipment(s)

7.  Conduct on job training to colleagues as assigned

8.  Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with PepsiCo Best Practices

9.  Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards
