Ensure that the company adheres to the company mission, vision, and values by monitoring the application of goals, targets and standard operating procedures. Responsible for the achievement of company revenue/goals by directing teams to achieve as required.
Manage teams to achieve pre-determined company and operational targets by providing and analysing business plans to meet targets.
Define vision for the Auction business that is in line with the aspirations of being efficient; profit making market leaders and offering high standard of customer service and growth opportunities for all associates.
Coordinates and monitors plans for reductions of cost by working directly with Financial Officer to develop operating budgets and product lead times for existing and new products.
Design and lead short- and long-term action plans aligned with the organizational strategy and vision to meet the business objectives.
Reviewing auction performance against key performance indicators then developing and executing appropriate strategies.
Improve the customer experience by developing plans, products and new designed approach.
Analysing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance.
Setting pricing, planning, developing and implementing auction goals.
Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
Maintaining expertise in all areas of auction operations to ensure efficiency and economy while also maintaining awareness of market trends to ensure proactivity in decision making.
Growing the business through actively seeking out new auction sales opportunities.
Reviewing volumes plan and continuously monitor staffing levels to ensure efficiency, quality work product, and effective customer service.
Knowledge in digital business process and development.
Knowledge of multiple Auctions Businesses including automotive, total lost cars, real estate, Office/home equipment, recreational equipment, luxury goods, used parts and machinery.
Provide and explain performance reports for review and appropriate action of the all team.
Promoting an everybody recruits culture; attracting, retaining, and developing associates.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers while promoting the Auction brand through communication on sale days, at customer s place of business, and trade shows and industry events.
Foster good working relationship with the Industry Companies and Suppliers and ensure that mutually agreed objectives are delivered on a “win-win” situation in order to secure support and trust.
Continuously monitor and analyse achievements by carrying out activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve targets.
Develop an operating framework for in order to increase efficiency and productivity by reviewing the existing standard operation procedures and policies.
Monitors all Profit and loss reports to ensure achievement of financial, safety, quality and on-time delivery goals.
Monitors all production reports to ensure achievement of financial, safety, quality and on-time delivery goals.
المهارات
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Statistics.
10 years experience in online sales where 5 years in managerial role.
Has Automotive online experience especially Selling used and totally damaged vehicles.
Has good awareness of multiple asset online Auctions Business including but not exclusive to; real estate, Office / home equipment, recreational equipment, luxury goods, used parts and machinery.
Monitoring/Assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
