Innovation Manager

We are looking for a result-driven Innovation Manager to join our growing team. The role involves working with the Chief Innovation Partner and the Beyond Project Team on innovation projects and assignments. The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurially minded, able to think critically and solve daily challenges. They must possess strong communication skills and be able to take initiative. Applicants must be comfortable navigating new situations and managing stakeholders effectively, while being attentive to detail and following instructions carefully. Candidates must be fluent in the English language (Written and Spoken) and are native Arabic speakers. Finally, to succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate an understanding of the concept of ‘managing expectations’ and be willing to operate to meet this ethos at all times.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Chief Innovation Partner and take direction for different tasks, including:

· Research and analysis

· Professional writing of reports

· Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings with potential clients

· Multi-tasking through leading and directing different tasks, projects, and programs

· Analyzing priorities, providing insights and work efficiently

· Use data to create meaningful outcomes

· Interact with clients and other stakeholders

· Work towards specified goals and outcomes

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information System, or relevant fields. Master’s degrees are desirable

· Exposure/experience to innovation activities, tools, and methodologies

· Experience in managing/dealing with clients

· Interest in innovation and innovation management

· Project management skills

· Up to date knowledge of emerging market trends related to technology

· Innovation certification is a plus
