Job Description
Provide support in the areas of, services, security, employment, benefit administration, employee relations and assist in the overall operations of the Human Resources function by maintaining accurate employee records.
Accountabilities
Maintain and administer Supply Chain Personnel Activities through HR System by processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications using Oracle system.
Lead the supply chain on-boarding for new employees and insuring the get the applicable tools to do their job.
Responsible to insure the corrective and preventive actions imposed to erring associates in compliance with the approved company policies and Saudi Labor Laws (SLL) to inculcate discipline and obedience from all associates.
Generate & submit all the required reports (e.g., new hire, termination, transfer, turnover, probation period, … etc.) on a periodic basis including all necessary data to be documented and provided to the concern stakeholders at any point of time.
Respond & follow-up any issues or/and clarifications in different HR aspects as per the set SLA’s & SOPs through the communication of the issue or the inquiry to the concern stakeholder to ensure the timely respond and release of conflict.
Activate the service of the new employees on the system and finalize all related activities regarding the on-boarding from username, password, name tag, switching bank details, identification cards, badges and passes and performing other security-related duties …. etc. to ensure that the system is updated and to facilitate the finalization of the on boarding process.
Participate in all levels departmental meetings by providing required information, communicating with the concerned parties, drafting minutes of meeting … etc. to ensure timely implementation of the meetings as per the meeting’s agenda and to support the department projects.
Leads the investigations pertaining to employees’ disputes as per the company policy by collaborating with the legal dept. to provide the decision with the recommended actions to the Supply Chain managements.
Play the role of focal point with outsource labor companies and administer personnel activities through insuring regular payroll, time sheets, employees’ replacements, attendance etc. in an accurate and timely manners.
Assist in executing the Performance Management System by ensuring accurate implementation of the appraising process for employees’ performance system.
Lead the team and setting the KPI’s to archive and deliverer the personnel objectives.\
Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
