Summary

Responsible for the RO plant overall operation and maintenance.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for the plant operation and maintenance.
Responsible to keep the integrity of RO plant equipment including auxiliairies.
Responsible for water quality.
Responsible for safety of equipment and personnel.
Responsible to adopt new technologies in case of need.
Responsible for applying the policies and regulations of the company
Sets plans, directs and fulfills work targets.
Ensures efficient use of resources; manpower and equipment.
Prepares monthly report of operation / maintenance / distribution.
Studies / analyzes recommended modifications / revisions.
Prepares annual budget.
Approves purchase requisitions.

المهارات
Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in the operation / maintenance / troubleshooting of desalination plants, including RO, in a supervisory level or managerial experience.
