Human Resources Generalist for Fresh Gradus

We have A great Tamheer Program Opportunity for Fresh Gradus In Jeddah

Collects and analyzes HR operations metrics, analyzes results, and recommends improvements.
Assists in resolving disputes and provides guidance and advice on employment matters; Conducts and documents investigations.
Participates in performance management activities including staff development planning.
Provides placement and placement support; The workforce data is being analyzed.
Facilitate the compensation and benefits administration process by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources; Develops and implement workforce compensation recommendations.
Assists in managing the administration and adhering to HR policies and procedures; Provides advice on compliance with key legislative requirements.
Coordinates training needs assessment and participates in training activities and special projects.
Creates employment contracts as required by local law or practice.

#Requirements

·The Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.

In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below

Should be a Saudi national.

Should have a bachelor’s degree or above.

Should not have been employed for last six months.

Should not be currently employed.

Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.

Should be qualified in the Tamheer Program

Bachelor of Business Administration

Commination Skills

English Language
