Role Purpose: To monitor all Batching Plants in the area, control & develop the processes and procedures of the quality control department and Batching Plants in the branch to meet the requirements, in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the company. Key Accountabilities: Ability to monitoring all batching plants in the areas , preparing weekly and monthly reports frombatching plants print outs to monitor the production according to the batching plant numbers.
Responsible for all batching plants in concern areas, responsible for KPI and Quality Managements
Procedures also handling all issues related to all batching plants.
Develop sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods to improve the standards of current procedures of batching plants.
Establish statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error to determine levels of confidence
Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from all the batching plants to make recommendations for potential improvements
Assist in preparing the Annual Budget of the department in the branch to meet the requirements as per the policies and procedures
Motivate the team to work collectively to achieve the targets assigned on a daily basis
Identify any issues in the current quality controlling processes to inform the Regional Head for his further
المهارات
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
Civil/ Chemical Engineering
Concrete Certifications, Diploma in Quality Assurance/Control , Aramco Approved, preferable ACI approval. Experience: Supervisory role in quality control,
assurance, construction 4 to 6 years Skills: - People management
- Attention to details

- Teamwork Professional Skills: - Good Communication skills
- Knowledge of concrete materials,chemicals
- Certification in Quality Assurance
- ERP knowledge
- MS Office
- Fluency in English
