الوصف الوظيفي The Sales Engineer looks after the company’s Aftersales business, Spare Parts, Services and Modernization for Extrusion systems, material handling, conveying, & feeding systems for all Compounding Clients. He recommends the potential application of company’s products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs and satisfaction. Uses the technical/commercial knowledge of products and offers support to customers. He is reporting to the Spare Parts Sales Manager and to the Head of Sales Key Duties and Responsibilities The day/day duties and responsibilities include: - On Receipt of “Request for Quotes” from clients, start internal workflow to clarify the technical and commercial requirements. - Prepare timely & precise technical/commercial Quotations, after clear identification of the customer requested Spare Parts and shipment conditions - Develop long term strategic agreements with clients to ensure active recurring supply of company’s spare parts. - Identify the stock availability and requirements of each customer and recommend stock for critical parts - Analyze customer buying behavior in previous years and identify competition - Develop and implement solutions to win against existing competitors - Follow up with clients via phone/email & offer any further support (or) requirements needed to get Purchase orders for the provided Quotations & thereby achieve order intake. - Close follow up with Coperion Headquarters for ongoing orders and support, logistics, & Saudi customs clearance processes. - Active individual contribution in order to achieve yearly budgeted sales figures, as per company guidelines. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products, upgrades, modifications, or services to existing customers - Talk with customers and engineers to recommend suitable solutions for debottlenecking, quality enhancement, power saving, reliability improvement…. - Collaborate closely with sales/service teams in Germany and Italy to understand customer requirements and provide suitable support - Help clients during trouble shooting with installed equipment and coordinate with CME service engineer for any visit on site - Develop and maintain customer relations through Telcos and regular field visits. المهارات - A solid technical background and knowledge of the plastic/polyolefin industry - Communication skills and 5 years of previous sales experience and records. - Organizational skills and teamworking capability. - Strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel (tables, charts, macros…) - Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Point - The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. - Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Navision… - Ability to Travel frequently within KSA and the GCC region تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-engineer-aftersales-and-modernization-compounding-and-engineering-plastics-4555004/?from_job_search=/ar/jobs/?filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B0%5D=ae&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B1%5D=kw&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B2%5D=qa&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B3%5D=sa&jobId=4554840&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1&page=13 |
