We are leading Saudi rental company looking for a candidate with the following job duties:
- Oversee day to day operations of car rental and lease in the South region.
-Key account management
-Increase the sales revenue.
-Retain the existed client among of the aggressive competitions.
-Define new sales channels across the area.
-Responsible of the operating lease
-Improve the sales team skills
-Developed and maintain the policy and procedure of the department
- Manage a full vehicle leasing system of a various types of vehicles, trucks and buses running under the South region.
- Maintain daily efficient utilization.
- Fleet management and maintenance control.
- Fleet planning and forecasting.
- Work through different reports and KPI’s.
- Establish annual revenue targets
- Set staffing levels for all rental locations.
- Organize and conduct monthly sales meetings for branch managers.
- Cost control for all rental locations.
- Identify potentially new rental locations.
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Review, update and develop policy and procedures.
- Work closely with peer group to enhance sales, revenue, utilization, market share and profitability of operations.
- Oversee day to day operations of logistics, supply chain, customer shipment delivery operations.
-Coordinate with Procurement for new vehicles delivery in time frame by supply-chain support
المهارات
- Preferred to be Saudi
- Preferred to have relevant experience in Automotive or car rental.
