2. PURPOSE
To oversee and manage the support services of the company including, Security, Housekeeping, Accomodation and Reception.
3. KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES
Security
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve security issues
• Monitor organizational compliance with regulations.
• Train security guards or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
Housekeeping
• Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
• Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
• Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
• Order Cleaning Supplies and equipment.
Accommodation.
• Update regularly the accommodation plan and rooms inventory
• Handle and control staff movements inside the accommodation
• Ensure that accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented
• Inspect areas and ensure that all aspects of the accommodation are met and maintain hygiene and health and safety regulations
• Ensuring a speedy resolution to any problems that may arise on the accommodation.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance regarding accommodation requirements.
• Ensure that staff using the electricity and water efficiently inside the accommodation.
Reception
• To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards.
• Keeping the record of all visitors and staff movements.
• Deal with the incoming calls.
• Supervise the out and in mails and dispatches of the company.

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Certificate in Security is a plus.
Experience
• 8 Years of experience as Support Services 3 of which in managerial level.
• Experience in Security management.
