1) Bachelor in Civil Engineering
2) At least 10 years’ experience in infrastructure projects (water- Storm water - waste water- Water treatment- Water tanks)
3) Previous experience in consultation companies
4) Nationality: Egyptian and his residence now in Egypt
5) Gender: Male
