*Act as direct point of responsibility for the contract and for interfacing to client on Contract Issues.
*Supervise management of all Project Functions
Ensure all Project objectives are met and take action to correct any shortcomings.
*Ensure that adequate resourcing is provided for the project team and initiate mobilization and demobilization of resources as required.
*Interface to company Corporate groups as required for effective operation of the contract. *This includes Human Resources, Administration, Finance and Government Affairs Functions.
*Promote development of team oriented environment.
*Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality *Assurance system relevant to Project.
*Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project
المهارات
*Experience delivering large complex FEED work
*Strong technical skills in the Downstream Refining, PetroChem & Chemicals experience
*Track record of managing multi-discipline project teams
*High level of understanding of management of interfaces across multi-functional groups
*Excellent interpersonal skill
