Leads and directs the Human Resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Ensures all company’s HR processes are covered and implemented within the HRIS in its various modules to be in line with internal policies and practices via additional modified developments prior to going live
Manages talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaign
Recruits and hires on various organization structure levels based on Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) in coordination with the relative involved parties (i.e. General Manager and department heads/branch managers)
Designs and implements the formulation of new/revised policies and processes in line with the local employment laws ensuring that GM’s direct reports are appropriately equipped and on-going supported in such change
Provides ongoing line management briefing and coaching, through one to one or group learning sessions to ensure consistent application and adherence of HR policies
Monitors and analyzes social indicators data such as recruitment, turnover rates, diversity,… reports to GM with recommendations for future action
Conducts the appropriate revision of job descriptions and requirements in readiness for job evaluation by ensuring the impact of such adjustment on other roles and responsibilities is in line with the overall corporate strategy
Gathers and analyses market data to measure the competitiveness of the company’s compensation and benefits and make recommendations as appropriate
Develops policies regarding staff benefits and compensations to act as incentives for optimizing performance (i.e. reward scheme & recognition system)
Assists in maintaining and creating a positive friendly atmosphere within the company
Supports GM’s direct reports in handling of all employee relations matters
Meets regularly with senior management to discuss personnel issues and performance within the designated departments/branches
Manages HR areas of legal challenge in liaison with both internal and external parties, including lawyers
Keeps up to date with local legal developments relative to each country and advise senior management on compliance and probable future risk factors
Introduces training and development programs by identifying staff areas of improvement through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to enhance their skills, productivity, career growth and performance
Deals with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues by appropriate decision making skills in line with the internal company rules and policies
Conducts regularly branch visits to audit and monitor HR practices, employee satisfaction level and provides needed advice and support as and when required

Excellent command of English (verbal and written) – Arabic is essential
Good knowledge of GCC Labor Laws and practices
Computer literate
Solid understanding and mature user of MS Office
Hands on ERP systems
