Compliance: Review and update Accouning policies to grant coverage of all key business areas
Create/Adopt KPI metrics to ensure alignment of used procedures with:
a) Company and Corporate policies
b) Country Commercial and Corporate Laws Responsibilities: - Providing fit for purpose information to aid Management decision making
- Developing the framework required for integrating multiple company accounts for convenient reporting
- Preparing Monthly ,Quarterly, and Yearly variance analysis with recommendations of corrective actions
- Reviewing and approving reconcilation of all accounts used to produce monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements
- Working with Operation Control and Investment Control teams to ensure that all Financial transactions related to projects are processed and recorded in a
timely and accurate manner by accounting department.
- Supevising Treasury Department’s communications with Cluster/Group Treasury and Financial institutes related to project funding.
- Assisting with the development of yearly budgets and forecasts as well as recommendations to improve cash flow.
- Creating yearly finance operation plans in alignment with Company broad startegies
- Preparing appropriate financial reports for external funders and/orComany shareholders
- Overlooking relationships/communications with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out ·
- Studying and Incorporating all changes in regulation/ legislation and its effect on the company business
- Reviewing and Finalizing all mangement adhoc reports within set deadlines
