The Regional Trainer is responsible for design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; conduct needs assessments, execute training, develop reinforcements and evaluate. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and company-wide strategy by visiting retail outlets within the brand for the purpose of employee performance, Guest service, or the enhancement of operational efficiencies.
Develop, study and understand training content and material and implement for all team members in retail market.
Conduct Training need analysis assessment and identify retail performance gaps and implementing training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs.
Delivering the core curriculum, developing training calendar and maintaining training plans.
Administer training for designated customer groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics which will result in the readiness of the team members to handle business in a proficient manner.
Utilize a variety of techniques, concepts and development and delivery of training programs and strategies.
Maintenance and development of training aids and equipment.
Assist with the orientation, training and coaching of staff, management and other stakeholders to increase efficiency within the workplace.
Track training budgets, actual costs and variances.
Manage training recommendations.
Effortlessly manage the courses and topics in the training.
Maintaining systems for collating and reporting on training performance.
Maintain training attendance and timesheets for ease in reporting.
Managing internal and external client expectations.
Maintains an open line of communication with team in order to follow up with set initiatives and provide an on-going support to each location.
Remains abreast of industry trends and attends courses related to his/her area of responsibility where appropriate and approved.
Collect course feedback & effectiveness feedback.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Training & Development certification preferred
Minimum 4 years’ experience in developing and training delivery or any equivalent combination
Bi-Lingual is mandatory (English / Arabic)
Able to travel as per the requirement

Ability to organize and manage time effectively
Active listening and critical thinking skills
Effective judgement and decision making
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Technologically intermediate / advanced skills in MS products – Work/ PowerPoint/Excel.
