Provide immediate service support to the customer (Hardware/ Software).
Provides best practice advice and input for customer process discussions.
Provides customer implementation support as needed.
Report implementation activity to the Team Leader.
Performs required tasks to ensure timely go live and customer satisfaction.
Assist with obtaining customer acceptance.
Understanding of HL7 standards.
Utilizes superior customer service skills to address all client requests for support in an efficient and professional manner.
Remain consistent with communication to clients until issues are resolved.
Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the C4C ticketing system.
Act as a liaison between customers and Healthcare IT staff to assure accurate problem interpretation.
Maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process as appropriate.
المهارات
Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows7, Win8, Server 2008, 2010).
Basic understanding of Networking.
Basic understanding of Work-groups, Domains.
Competent in use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Excellently demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to maintain calm, professional demeanor when under pressure.
Ability to learn and retain knowledge.
Must be able to push heavy equipment and have good dexterity for doing routine configuration tasks.
