Design and execute short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs.
Develop, execute and oversee procedures, policies and related training plans for project management and infrastructure administration.
Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of LANs, WANs, internet, security and wireless implementations.
Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols and standards to support development efforts and infrastructure procurement.
Supervise data center group and lead, direct and utilize knowledge on best practices in area related to infrastructure.

Project management skills, including strategy development,
effective planning, and delivering to target and budget.
Ability to effectively manage a variety of projects
simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, prioritisation and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal, networking and facilitation skills,
including the ability to create and maintain effective
working relationships with a diverse range of people.
Support VE income generation work, adopting and
maintaining a customer focused approach to the
management of all external relationships and contributing
to funding and sponsorship bids as required.
Ability to write and critique proposals to potential funders
Develop ideas and work in a creative and resourceful
manner.
