On behalf of a Specialized Contracting Company, we are seeking a Manager Human Resources for their Khobar operations. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for all Human Resource related activities recruitment, HR planning, employee services, Compensation & Benefits, training & performance development.
Manage the day to day HR operations as well as play a critical role in assisting in the implementation of the HR strategy.
Manage the recruitment and Manpower Planning processes.
Manage the hiring process from Job advertising, screening CVs, selection process and data maintenance.
Processes new hires, incoming transfer, transfers to other locations, exit interviews, terminations process, and ensure its compliance with the Labour Law.
Annual nationalization plans.
Employee orientation, on-boarding, development, and training.
Develop and monitor overall HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Define HR organisational objectives; develops specific short-term and long-range plans to meet HR needs; monitors progress to assure work objectives are attained and schedules are met.
Assess organisational needs, performance development, KPIs aligned with the company objectives.
Analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training needs.
Conduct job evaluation, review, and implement pay structures.
Manage and maintain employee files.
المهارات
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• Fluency in both written and spoken English & Arabic
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Human Resources management, KPI and implementation of policies and procedures
