الوصف الوظيفي Main Activities: · Provide financial and accounting advice to OFM and GM. · Support OFM roles as needed. · Supervise and participate in strategic, financial and human resources planning · Research, prepare and submit the annual budget · Prepare detailed reports on financial statements on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. · Supervise the accounting and finance unit and its staff in order to ensure finances are managed according to government legislation, international standards, policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles. Main Activities: · Supervise accounting and financial systems and maintain full and accurate accounting records · Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements · Provide financial and accounting advice, direction and leadership · Ensure compliance with financial legislation, policies and procedures · Prepare tender documents and administer contracts · Respond to the auditors’ comments concerning finances and operations and oversee required action to address deficiencies · Approve the Chart of Accounts and maintain commitment controls · Implement and monitor payment authority practices · Establish and maintain cash controls · Monitor department spending and recommend corrective actions as necessary · Manage investments and reserves · Reconcile general ledger accounts · Manage and coordinate human resources and administrative functions including personal administration and payroll Main Activities: · Administer the collective agreement · Manage the payroll system in order to ensure all staff are paid on a timely and accurate basis · Provide advice and assistance on human resource planning and management issues · Ensure personnel records and files are maintained · Ensure the maintenance of computer systems within the office · Assist the HR on pay rolls, salaries, bonuses and other benefits. · Provide leadership and direction to Finance and Administration staff to ensure efficient use of human resources Main Activities · Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial and human resources legislation, policies and procedures. · Evaluate the performance of, and provide training and development opportunities for, Finance and Administration staff. · Supervise the maintenance and upgrade of financial, payroll and human resources information systems. · Provide leadership by delegating tasks, responding to staff inquiries and providing overall direction to section employees · Perform other related duties as required · Supervise and follow up and if needed cover for all the activities required by the accounting and financing team. · Work closely with the Business Development and Training teams on commercials proposals, contracts and certifications delivery. · Brainstorm and develop ideas to support for creative sales & marketing campaigns and any other ideas to promote the company business, image and reputation. · Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships. · Discuss daily tasks and assignments with Accounting & Finance team and or OFM and GM. · Maintain full confidentiality. Any reports or complains/concerns must be discussed directly with OFM and or GM. · Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports or whenever required by the GM to get a status update on the data base. · Review and report any deficiencies, errors, or concerns on the financial accounts, zakat, SOA and others. · Continuously seek to improve own performance through attending various self-development programs or seminars. In addition to reviewing from time to time peers and other employees feedback (360 Degree Feedback). · Be readily available to cover any shortages or demand of any tasks required by the GM. · Maintain good hygiene, dress code. Properly placing NEFT ID is a must at all times. · Must be able and willing to conduct any additional services or tasks requested by the GM whether the service falls under the job description or outside the job description. · Expect to work from time to time whenever required during holidays and after hours. · Be willing to cover for the other team members whenever needed. · Seek to work to the best of the company interest. المهارات Skills: · Should be punctual in attendance. · Must be capable of responding to emails and other methods of communication as required during work hours, after working hours, or on holidays whenever necessary and/or reasonable. · Must be capable of handling various workloads and working under pressure. · Must understand the nature role of the job and maintain confidentiality. · Demonstrable experience in Accounts, finance, and invoicing and cash collection. · Solid computer skills, including MS Office, and accounting software. · Well-organized and detail oriented. · Exceptional communication and writing skills. · Strong organization and prioritization skills. · Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs. · Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
