الوصف الوظيفي • Responsible for maintaining the reliability, robustness and quality of master data (item groups, descriptions, attributes…) held on the inventory catalogue. • Act as data integrity standardization subject matter expert for customers and ensure that the process is actively policed, managed and controlled. • Own the creation of new parts and all associated data. • Create and Maintain the direct charge items • Plan and schedule regular data cleansing activities to maintain the robustness and integrity of the inventory catalogue (duplicates identifications). • Ensure that KPI’s / reports are produced and that issues are corrected and acted upon. • Suggest new and innovative ways to maximise the performance of the Cataloguing activity. • Provide a technical evaluation service for purchasing to ensure that requested parts conform to required specification criteria and reduce the risk of duplicates. • Provide technical support to Purchasing department for highly technical PRs and POs. • Ensure familiarity with the code or international standard such as API, BS, EN, DNV standards. المهارات • Fluent in English. • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical/instrument /chemicals plant equipments. • Knowledge of Inventory Concepts and ERP tools (Inventory Module…), Oracle preferred • Excellent data analysis skills. • 2-3 years inventory and engineering experience. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/material-engineer-4300603/ |
