الوصف الوظيفي · Identify & prioritize business needs to strategically schedule self & Employees. · Manage retention by hiring, & motivating quality Employees. · Promote & advertise company bonus/Incentive scheme & benefits in an effort to improve morale & productivity. · Recognize & recommend training needs where necessary & recommend high performing individuals for succession planning, Coach, mentor, develop & train the team. · Conduct performance appraisals / team meetings / training sessions. · Develop internal & external relationships & liaise with key areas to benefit the Business. · Ensure effective, open & transparent communication at all times. · Respond to customer inquiries, concerns & complaints & act accordingly to resolve effectively. · Act as an ambassador for the brand & company by maintaining the highest level of honesty, integrity, ethical & moral conduct at all times. · Maintain internal processes to ensure quality & continuity of standards. · Prepare & submit reports as requested & actively attend meetings. · Ensure that standards for quality, customer service, health & safety & food hygiene are met & maintain a safe working environment. · Maintain a constant communication with the OM. Develop and implement systems & procedures compliant with company policies and local labor laws. · Conscientiously strive to meet or exceed budgetary goals, understand how to achieve increased sales while maintaining expense controls. · Enforce company & brand policies & procedures plus market & labor law guidelines consistently throughout the business. · Ensure that all activities are consistent with the Company Mission Statement.
