الوصف الوظيفي · Manages the work of the IT Department to deliver reliable and highly available IT services in a cost-effective manner. Manages contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance and support services delivered meet Service Level Agreements. Spearheads all IT Infrastructure management functions including Change Management, Backup Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, IT Helpdesk Management, SLA Management, IT Cost Management, Vendor Management and IT-Security Management. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Proactively identifies opportunities for deploying IT to improve work productivity. Establishes and enforce IT management practices. (Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards) Develops a service-oriented culture and a harmonious working environment in the IT Department. Builds annual budget and plan to achieve business goals of the company by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Develops short and long term IT strategy to support the operation & maintenance organization to achieve continuous improvement and productivity as well as anticipate future system expansion and upgrade.
