Responsibilities: Market development: • Conducting market field check visit • Sell targeted new accounts • Follow up on potential new accounts identified through the market visit or the field accompany or from the VSR feed back • Distribute all the allowed package as per the outlet classification • Implementation of Arrow execution through the company equipment’s according to the guidelines for every outlet / classification • Ensure that the Arrow guidelines and merchandising standards are fully executed as per the guidelines of the planogram Coaching: Conduct field accompaniment with every member of the sales team at least one VSR /2 weeks and evaluate him through the FAR Support successful execution of core work (delivery, management, merchandising of planogram and equipment base on the size of the business) Provide recognition and feedback to the Territory Sales Team. https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-supervisor-drd-4465794/ |
