Procurement Manager

Plan, direct, coordinate the activities of buyers,purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials,products, and services. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies,and procedures.Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.Review Purchase Order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.Manage purchasing system. 

Bachelor of Science Graduate preferably a Civil or Industrial Management Engineering 5 years Gulf Region experience and min 10 years total work experience.
