• Working with internal teams to establish the appropriate scope, deliverables, timetable, and other project requirements
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom CRM solutions.
• Implementation and deployment of Microsoft CRM 2013 and 2011
• Identification of creative approaches to meet requirements without the development of custom code
Qualifications:
At a minimum, the CRM Developer should have:
• 2-plus years of experience in application consulting
• BA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; experience is an appropriate substitute
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to code from technical specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication
