A leading IT solutions company based in Riyadh currently has an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager/ Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Group CEO, the Project Manager/ Operations Manager will take ownership for all daily operations at the company.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing a team of 5 staff members and overseeing their daily tasks
• Assisting in the sales process and helping secure new projects
• Maintaining relationships with clients
• Writing Proposals for Government Tenders
The role would best suit an IT professional with experience in leading teams to execute medium and large IT infrastructure projects at a reputable company. Previous experience in sales is also a plus.
Accountable for delivery and effective project management of projects and work requests within committed budget, schedule and quality
Delivery and presentation skills are also key including the ability to convey material of all levels in a logical, accurate and effective manner. The Project Manager/ Operations Manager must be engaging and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with staff at all levels. He must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Expert level proficiency in Systems and Network as well as Web Services is essential.

• Sales Experience is a plus

• Analytical Skills, Ability to Work under Pressure, Decision Making & Problem Solving Skills
