الوصف الوظيفي WHAT?: Develop performance objectives in coordination with Directorate and continuously conduct progress towards Departmental and strategic objectives and implement periodic performance reports to offer evaluation results and recommend improvements. Department and Team Management: Implement improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services. Carry-out the day-to-day operations, offer expertise, encourage teamwork and coordinate work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee. First Level Help Desk Services Provision: Supervise the provision of first level IT help desk support services to end users ensuring satisfaction of needs within set time parameters. Application Support Provision: Provide application support including end user support and service desk in order to ensure the smooth functioning of applications. Systems Operation Supervision: Supervise the frontend, backend and enterprise systems and manage related daily activities ensuring timely satisfaction of user needs. New Applications Roll Out: Implement the roll-out of new applications after testing and provide training on use as and when required. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis on incidents and complex problems that arise in order to ensure efficient flow of operations. Security Monitoring: Implement real-time security logs and systems and monitor networks and infrastructures security for prevention purposes. User and System Security Protection: Implement the protection of users and systems from security threats such as viruses, spams and phishing in order to safeguard Zain from potential security threats.
