Required (#HR #Consultant) for biggest companies
In KSA (Riyadh) (males only) :
CONDITIONS:
1- Mast have a bachelor degree – at least - in an administration or HR
2- Preferred to hold MBA
3- SHRM Certified (CP / SCP ) is must
4- Fluent in English
5- Expert in Microsoft package
6- 7 to 15 years in HR role
7- Previous experience in KSA not less than 5 years Mission
( Responsibilities )
• Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
• Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
• Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
• Assist in recruiting, training and management of personnel
• Devise plans and techniques to drive change and c and civil government contracts
