· Define and implement an inventory plan and replenishment program to ensure optimized stock levels while ensuring the maximization of the inventory efficiency and productivity.
· Maintain an optimum inventory level for efficient and smooth operation
· Ensure continuous supply for spare parts to facilitate un interrupted maintenance operation
· Tracking inventory levels
· Establish and monitor the minimum & Maximum stock levels and “ re- ordering point” for the different type of spare parts and material
· Receive analyses and convert the warehouse input & reports into efficient and productive purchasing plan· Prepare inventory related reports for management review
المهارات
Scientific Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as Inventory Planning Engineer / Inventory controller for a large company operating in the same field, with at least 6 years in Maintenance.
· Fluency in English Language.
· Advanced Computer Skills in Microsoft Office and internet browsing.
· Familiarity to work with Simulation models and Statistical Distribution that is essential for initiating Inventory Plan or Program.· Advanced skills in working with Machinery Manuals and Technical Drawings.
