SENIOR MANAGER PAYMENT SYSTEM TECHNICAL SUPPORT
SAUDI ARABIA
Are you knowledge of application development and support for Core banking applications and mainframe environment? Do you have 10-12 years working experience? If yes, we want to hear from you!
Our client is one of the largest banks headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate would possess the following experience and attributes:
Provide full support of all core banking applicationsAccountable for managing and coordinating a team of core systems support resources to ensure uptime and availability and high performance of the core banking applicationsAct as the lead to provide direction and oversight to a team of CT, CIF, RBS, Cards and all core banking support resources.Ensure the uptime and availability of core banking application based on the agreed SLA \ OLACreate the necessary skill set and capabilities for the application support team members including hiring new resources and restructuring current resourcesSignificant improvement in application support team performance (for example, throughput of work, reduction in request backlogs)Improved relationship between IT org and business usersReduction of application support costsProvides management with accurate reports, regarding all aspects of Strategic Planning, along with conclusions and recommendations.Direct and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership.Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to subordinates and monitors their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
Manage and oversee the team performance through performance planning, coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldITIL v3.0 certifiedPMP certified is a plusCertified Service Oriented Architecture is a plus10-12 years of working experience, 5 years in IT management .Strong understanding and working knowledge of application development and support for Core banking applications and mainframe environment.Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with a strong focus on maintaining the uptime of all running applications.Deep understanding of banking applications environment is a must.
