الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for a talented Male interior designer to perform professional and technical work involving the efficient design of interiors to encourage maximum space utilization. This individual is responsible for planning, designing and drafting detailed specifications for creating a pleasing and functional interior environment for a Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia office.Projects can be broad in scope, ranging from structural alterations to the choice of furnishings, finishing and lighting. Duties and Responsibilities: * Working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for, and finding out the client’s personal ideas and requirements. * Inspecting and surveying spaces. * Carrying out research, to make sure that plans are technically feasible. * Producing rough sketches and mood boards. * Developing detailed designs, using computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce final design drawings and specifications within budgetary restrictions. * Prepare construction documents, detailed drawings, write specifications and bill of quantities. * Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget. * Determine interior architecture needs including space utilization, fabric and color selections of wall, floor and everything related. * Choose/ shop for furnishings, materials and equipment. * Advising clients on progress, and providing them with samples of paints and fabrics to be used. * Supervising the work as it is carried out. * Performs all related work as required. المهارات * Considerable knowledge of the preparation of proposals and specifications for interior design work. * Knowledge of drafting procedures. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other designers and engineers. * Skill in designing interior alterations, renovations and new layouts. * Knowledge of CAD and 3DS Max programs. الخلفية التعليمية تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/مصمم-ديكور-حديث-التخرج-interior-designer-3757526/ |
