Job Objectives
- Plan, Manage, and evaluate quality assurance programs, projects, and events in CRC- Plan and develop quality assurance system to improve patients treatments, medical supported services, and the overall efficiency within CRC
Responsibilities
- Setting and following the implementation of quality programs, system, and projects to meet the international standards as a medical care center specialized in Rehabilitation and physiotherapy
- Conducting Voice of the patients analysis frequently
- Assuring a high level of patients safety and satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures manuals (PPM)
- Leading the ISO, CBAHI, AND accreditation projects
- Developing, maintaining, documenting, and organizing systems, processes and Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP )
- Attending meetings and contribute to CRC strategy and policy-making as required
- Controlling and supervising quality whilst preventing occupational or infection risks
- Controlling over environmental conditions
- Communicating all new standards with quality team and with concerned departments
- Preparing periodical reports and quality trending reports
- Maximizing team productivity and capabilities by providing quality centric training - Performing any duties assigned by the top management
