Job Objectives:
- Planning, managing, and developing marketing programs and strategies, both short and long term for CRC
- Sustaining CRC brand in Saudi Arabia and GCC
- Assuring that all targeted audience are aware about all the medical treatments provided to all types of illness and patients diseases
- Managing marketing and promotional campaigns
- Creating and publicizing of all marketing materials in line with CRC theme which reflect CRC values and core principles- Monitor and preparing periodical reports to the management to measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising programs, and campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Playing a champion role in sustaining CRC brand in Saudi Arabia and GCC
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives to expand in the region
- Preparing marketing budgets
- Planning, implementing events or exhibitions in health care industries
- Managing marketing and promotional campaigns (Printing materials, online, blogging, and events, exhibitions, social media, medical referral, sponsorship, direct mail campaigns, SMS).
- Planning and overseeing advertising and promotion activities including achieving satisfactory impacts
- Editing materials according to specific markets surveys or customer requirements which reflect CRC identity
- Ensuring effective control of marketing activities
- Overseeing and evaluating market and adjusting marketing strategy to meet market dynamics and competition
- Preparing of marketing reports and presenting them to management
- Preparing and doing presentations for targeted corporate clients, partners, and governmental bodies
- Creating and maintaining Public relations function for CRC by determining the potential partners according to CRC strategies and making strategic alliances aiming to enhance growth strategy
- Organizing, participating and presenting CRC in marketing and branding related events
- Meeting with key clients, assisting marketing staff to improve their performance - Performing any duties assigned by the top management.
