The selected candidate will join our design team in Riyadh until end of April. Should the company be awarded with an expected extension of the contract, the candidate will keep in the team until the end of the contract.
His daily work will consist in preparing cad drawings (Autocad) and work with BIM models (Revit) developed by the back office, in order to extract some information or solve minor changes.
Job Description
Core responsibilities:
• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned
• Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes
• Liaise with architect
• Input finishing with more details (if any)
• Monitor/checking if there is any crashing
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager
• Able to revise shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing.
• Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing• Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing
المهارات
• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building – Min 2-3 years experience in related field• Trade certificates (ITE / NITEC) – Min 3-5 years experience in related field
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Basic)
• Proficient in Autocad• Work independently
