Summary/Objective:The Senior Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify thatthe project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Essential Functions1.Responsible for coordination of the different technology work streams involved in the delivery of a project.
2.Progress against plan and prompt escalation of slippage, issues, risks and decisions allowing for timely mitigation.
3.Prepare Project Proposals and Project Execution Plans and present them to the CEO, Executives and Directors.
4.Ensure that projects are being executed according to schedule and within the approved
budget throughout their project cycles. This will involve continuous follow-up with Group Executives, Directors, Managers and other stakeholders. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for Group projects and the link
between the CEO on the one hand and the Group’s Executives and Directors on the
other.
5.Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
6.Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
7.Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
8.Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks
and issues, communicating across leadership
9.Manage project scope and changes.10.Performs any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Preferred Education and Experience:1.Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
2.Experience in Agile, Scrum Technologies.
3.10+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
4.10+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.5.Project Management qualifies/ PMP
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
