Job Requirement –
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for sales /revenue growth and building strong relationship in key accounts and strategically important large customers at various levels, including CXO levels. Proficient Arabic speaker with at least 6 years of Account Management experience in KSA /ME region.
Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning
• Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organisation and drive penetration in various functions including CXO
• Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan
• Work closely with all internal functions including field sales, inside sales, practice leads, technology and marketing teams to grow business to next level
• Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for a business financial year period
• Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for deals
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
• Drive collections. Increase market share and also share of wallet with the customer
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Requirements:
• Proficient Arabic speaker with at least 6 years of Account Management experience in KSA /ME region
• Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment
• Energized by a highly demanding and result oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
• Possess fair sales knowledge of products /solutions we sell in order to assist customers in their day to day operations and IT implementation programs
• Handle cases, schedules, escalations effectively
• Maintain quality documentation standards
• Maintain appropriate reports for their customers and day to day activities, including CRM
• Identify gaps in clients workflow and provide necessary suggestions
• Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business
• Possess excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills
• Strive to achieve the company’s vision and values at all possible times.
