الوصف الوظيفي
Objective: This position includes all the physical tasks involved monitor and trucking , shipping, receiving,
storing, and distributing of construction materials, mechanical & electrical parts.
Responsibilities and functions:
- Ensure purchase orders are placed with suppliers and vendors in accordance with planned delivery
schedule.
- Perform various duties to expedite materials delivery from suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate the return and replacement of defective materials to the supplier and expedite material back
- Track purchase orders; record, maintain, and distributed materials
- Prepare and maintain reports on supplier and vendor performance, and material usage.
- Locate and distribute materials to the specified areas utilizing the materials.
- Work with logistics dept. and transportation companies to ensure on-time deliveries.- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
المهارات
Experience:
- 8 - 12 years post graduate experience with at least 4 - 6 years in a similar position in the
UAE/GCC
- Experience with SAP, MRP systems and Program Management
Other requirements and competentes:
- MS office, SAP, planning tools.
- Good communication skills
- Good record keeping skills
- Team player
- Time management
- Knowledge of Procurement Management Systems
Languages and levels: Excellent in written and spoken English language. Arabic will be preferred as an advantage.
Preferable candidates with single status. Company will provide the accomodation in Riyadh.
For candidates based in KSA, is a must hold Transferable Iqama
For candidates abroad, come in single status is a must.

Graduate/Diploma degree holder in any field, degree in Logistic & Supply Chain is preferred
